Business Systems Administrator

The Business Systems Administrator at Wodify, will have the autonomy to solve difficult business challenges with SaaS, Enterprise Software, and Financial Services. Wodify is an extremely fast growing and dynamic environment and to keep pace, we are continuously evaluating and improving our integrations and systems landscape to support our overall employee technology.  This role will respond to company goals and initiatives by improving or implementing business tools to meet the needs of each team. Key systems that the Business Systems Team is responsible for include: Hubspot, Recurly, Legacy systems, Stripe, and Zapier among others.

In this role you will work closely with our business leaders and internal teams -- Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support to understand various business challenges. As part of the Business Systems Team, you will also be responsible for driving sustainable, long-term employee value with a mix of third party and home grown tools.  This position demands a high-level understanding of processes and procedures that drive a successful organization.

This Position will report to the Director of Business Systems. Our office locations are Denver, CO and Philadelphia, PA.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with several business units to develop and execute on a corporate roadmap.
  • Understand & improve our sales & billing process within our Wodify Financial Systems by identifying critical business issues and initiatives and provide researched analysis on solutions (HubSpot, Recurly, Legacy Wodify, Stripe). 
  • Launch and complete enterprise wide business systems projects, including developing requirements, assisting in the assessing vendor and internal solutions, risk assessment, implementation, user training, and rollout.
  • Lead efforts in production systems rollout with our Wodify Financial Systems to ensure proper operational readiness such as testing, validating, and training is completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain plans to ensure systems are cross integrated and align with departmental needs throughout the organization.
  • Research ongoing processes and tools to keep up to date with newest systems and best practices for business implementations.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Implement bug fixes and system improvements as the subject matter expert for our Wodify Financial Systems (Hubspot, Recurly, Legacy Wodify, Stripe).
  • Communicates with business leaders to provide status updates on outstanding bugs, system improvements, and project updates.
  • Provide system and project assistance to team members on a day to day basis.
  • Ensures accuracy and maximum utilization of all business systems. 


Education and Experience:

  • BA / BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Project Management, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in system administration and project management, with experience in Hubspot, Recurly, and financial CRM and ERP systems.  
  • History of success project management and production change management utilizing best practices.
