As a Technical Program Manager, you are a systems thinker who will partner closely with the CEO and internal teams, to gather & analyze information, document business processes, execute new systems and software implementations, and own the integrity of all our internal processes. In this role, you will perform detailed requirements analysis, documentation processes, and may perform user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, it will be necessary for you to have a natural analytical way of thinking, but a flexible communication style, so you are able to explain technical concepts and systems to non-technical users. 

The Technical Program Manager will bridge the gap between our technology, systems, and processes and the business by using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations. This role is a true change agent.

A Day in the Life of a Technical Program Manager at Wodify:

  • Alongside the CEO and Leadership Team, you will evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions
  • You will lead ongoing reviews of business processes and will proactively identify areas for which we could improve operational efficiencies 
  • You will conduct data analysis to deliver insights for other managers and make strategic recommendations
  • You will stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate systems
  • You will perform requirements analysis
  • You will document and communicate the results of your efforts and effectively communicate your insights and recommendations to a cross-functional team
  • You will manage projects, guide project teams, develop project plans and monitor the performance of those projects
  • You will update, implement and maintain procedures

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills 
  • A demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with others to determine, and execute, acceptable solutions
  • Demonstrated ability of working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
  • Ability to communicate complex information and ideas clearly to all roles/levels within an organization
  • Advanced technical skills 
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects 
  • Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations
  • Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities

Education & Training:

  • A Bachelor's degree required in business or a related field
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related field
