People Success Manager

We are looking to hire an experienced HR professional with a special qualification: he/she believes happy employees make better employees. A Day in the Life:


  • Identify staffing needs, drafting job descriptions, briefing People Operations and interviewing candidates when needed
  • Identify growth needs and individual coaching needs
  • Implement and coordinate 360º Review Cycles so people are motivated to work on their growth through feedback and targeted action
  • Strengthen the talent pipeline by regularly assessing and discussing talent and internal movement with the Leadership team
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate employee tenure and departure risk
  • Influence Leaders to become better managers of people
  • Act as an general ambassador of the company’s culture by constantly integrating it into talent discussions and programs, and simultaneously managing the Values’ Ambassadors program
  • Implement internal and external communication strategies, in close connection with the Marketing department
  • Assist the Leadership team on compensation decisions and guarantee alignment with company policy
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues
  • Be in charge of the onboarding experience for new employees starting immediately upon the hiring moment

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


  • Minimum 5 years as an HR professional, preferably in a fast-growing tech environment
  • Passionate about people with non-negotiable work ethics
  • A motivating attitude that daily inspires and leads others for action
  • Belief in their personal ability to make a difference to the business, and belief in the value of Employee Engagement to a business
  • Takes pride in advising, coaching and helping others
  • Strong and relatable personality with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels


Education & Training:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR, or relevant experience
