Marketing Operations Manager

The Marketing Operations Manager works closely with the CMO and is primarily responsible for executing, measuring, and improving Wodify’s various marketing activities. This role will help in developing our overall marketing strategy and achieving department and company level goals. You will be in close communication with other members of the marketing team and other departments to coordinate projects and will be responsible for managing deliverable deadlines and budgets.


A Day in the Life:

  • Manage our paid marketing channels, including Facebook, podcasts, Google Adwords, etc.
  • Develop and manage partnership programs and influencer relationships
  • Use marketing automation tools to improve each stage of our sales funnel, including prospect email nurture campaigns, designing workflows with our sales team, and measuring the effectiveness of different pieces of content
  • Assist in research projects to identify new market segments and developing go-to-market plans
  • Work with the sales team to identify and execute new marketing opportunities
  • Collect/organize data and communicate results of different marketing initiatives, including working to build a clear attribution model

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital, content, and/or SaaS marketing
  • Experience using marketing tech/ad platforms (Facebook advertising, Google ads, Pardot, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Experience managing relationships with external agencies and partners
  • Proficient in analyzing and reporting data related to marketing activities
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and project management
  • Strong writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to give others direction and feedback
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Interest in fitness and CrossFit
