Every busy C-suite executive needs that right-hand man or woman behind them to help them stay organized, prepare them for the day ahead, and aid them in achieving even greater success both professionally and personally. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing corporate support to the CMO and COO (and future CTO and CPO).

A Day in the Life:

  • Manage busy executives' calendars and daily schedules. Prioritize both business and personal meetings to maximize the most appropriate use of time. Anticipate and resolve any potential scheduling conflicts.
  • Arrange travel and prepare itineraries. This includes frequent trips both domestically and internationally.
  • Help facilitate any planning or scheduling with executive's direct team members.
  • Run errands and help with ad hoc projects including spearheading special projects and initiatives as directed by management.
  • Coordinate special and corporate events.
  • Write and draft correspondence, speeches, presentations, and announcements from the executive office.
  • Act on behalf of the COO, CMO, CTO and CPO in meetings, calls, and correspondence, etc.
  • Remain flexible in working hours, while we will aim to maintain more of a 9-5 there will be demanding weeks that require longer hours.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 5+ years experience supporting C-level executives (in a SaaS company preferred)
  • Proven leadership abilities; confident and authoritative demeanor
  • Polished and professional communication and presentation skills
  • Has an attention to detail, organized and an ability to think on their feet
  • Creative and resourceful problem-solving skills
  • Poise under pressure; keen sense of urgency
  • Keen business acumen
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication
  • Progressive, has a love for technology, and can learn new technology quickly
  • Has a positive, upbeat, and “can do” attitude but with a “thick skin” that will stand their ground
  • Has the ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Thrives with little direction and can track open issues and follow-up items to closure
  • Understands organization and how to “get things done” even when there are competing priorities
  • Is motivated by serving and fulfilled by accomplishing
  • Experience with Google Apps (docs, presentation, sheets, drive, gmail)
  • Previous experience booking business travel including international travel

Education & Training:

  • Bachelor's degree; strong academic performance
