A Day in the Life:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound leads
  • Follow up, qualify and schedule all inbound leads
  • Increase demo completed percentage with active follow up
  • Identify, research, qualify and schedule warm marketing leads
  • Deploy an outbound sales strategy to increase incremental sales opportunities
  • Work with the marketing department to strategize on outbound campaigns including new customer acquisition, increasing MRR for the current customer base, re-engage past customer accounts
  • Manage inbound chat communication, Disposition as needed
  • Keep accurate records in SFDC

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience (preferred)
  • Prospecting skills -Should be familiar with the language of sales - What are the buying signals to watch out for? What words to use that makes customers buy? When is the right time to ask the right questions?
  • Art of listening - Should actively listen to each conversation with the prospect, interrupting when they need clarification and ask probing questions that allow them to explore the buyer’s mind.
  • Product knowledge - Adequate knowledge about the features, benefits, and weakness of your product before creating effective pitches and connecting customer’s needs to your solution.
  • Industry knowledge - Sufficient knowledge about the customer’s world - company, product, industry, competitors, customer stories, sales processes and compelling events - to be able to ask questions and provide information.
  • Time management - Ability to optimize time improves sales productivity and creates an environment for high performance. This soft skill coupled with SFDC and other technologies can improve overall efficiency in your day.
  • Communication skills - Good at building rapport and starting a conversation over phone and email. Effective communication also helps prevent objections by providing clarity into how your solution can solve a business problem.


  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
